John D. Pascoe is a licensed to practice in the State of Texas. John completed law school and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in two and half years, from Florida Coastal School of Law. Previous to law school, John attended Texas Christian University (TCU) for his undergraduate degree majoring in English and minoring in History. John D. Pascoe has been actively engaged in several areas of the legal industry.
In 2015, John was one of the Attorneys who traveled to England to participate in the 800th Anniversary of the Magna Carta. He was honored to be one of the distinguished guests that celebrated the creation of the rule of law in Anglo-American legal history, which was signed by King John of England in 1215. The Event was hosted by the ABA, the Princess Royal; US Attorney General, Loretta Lynch; US Ambassador Matthew Barzun; and Rt Hon Foreign Secretary, and Philip Hammond.In 2018, John traveled with the ABA to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR.) The UDHR was a historical document that was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris, France in 1948. The Declaration is an important legal document as it consists of 30 articles affirming an individual’s rights and created a fundamental normative rule. John was honored to participate in the event celebrating in the UDHR which has had significant impact on the rule of law around the world.
