William Arthur “Art” Reddaway founded Reddaway’s Truck Line in Oregon City, Oregon, in June 1919, operating a single Model T Ford truck. Ethel Reddaway, his wife, managed the company during the early years, and Walt Reddaway succeeded his parents running the company until he retired in 1970. While based in Tualatin, Oregon, YRC Worldwide, Inc. was renamed USF Reddaway.
